Multimedia Studio Manager

Job Requirements:

• Deep understanding of elements and processes in end-to-end media production (from concept to execution).

• Excellent interpersonal skills and exceptional management and sales abilities.

The role includes:

• Marketing and recruiting clients for the studio (from various fields of interest), including building packages, pricing, and negotiating with clients.

• Guiding clients from the conceptual stage and creating a plan tailored to their exact needs.

• Managing workflow and coordinating production stages with various teams (including internal productions).

• Managing the studio's budget and cash flow.

• Excellent communication skills (Hebrew and English).

Experience in managing government relations (project recruitment and funding) - an advantage
